Two years running sponsorship, events and digital presence for the Athletic Boxing Club at Dublin City University — while competing for it.

- Growth. Led sponsorship and event campaigns that contributed to an increase of more than 100 members, supported by a rebuilt social media presence.
- Website. Designed and built a new club website in Next.js, replacing a static page with something the committee could keep current.
- Operations. Coordinated events and logistics with coaches and staff across a membership of more than 100.
- Strategy. Co-wrote a three-year growth plan for the club’s presence inside the university and internationally.
- Competition. Boxed across Ireland, reaching the semi-finals of the IATBA Inter-Varsities.
